Carrie Ramsey

Undergraduate: Chadron State College

Post Grad: UNMC - Master's 2009

Carrie Ramsey grew up in Falls City, NE.  She has been practicing family medicine in Pawnee City since 2010 and looks forward to many more years caring for patients at PCMH. Carrie and her husband, Gabe, have 2 children. She enjoys family activities and being outdoors. Her hobbies include gardening, fishing, hunting and crocheting.

Heather Farwell

Undergraduate: UNL

Post Grad: UNMC

Heather has worked at PCMH/RHC for the last 9 years.  She enjoys seeing patients in the clinic and loves being a part of this community.  Her personal philosophy is to "meet patients where they are at".  Everyone's health journey is different and we at PCMH/RHC are here to support that journey.  Heather is very active volunteering in the school system which she is also proud to be a part of.  Her husband, Mike, farms and they have two sons, Alex and Jett.  She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, playing basketball, working out and reading.  

Juli Habegger

Undergraduate: Hastings College

Post Grad: UNMC 1990 - Master's 1997

Juli has been at PCMH/RHC for 34 years. She enjoys taking care of all ages and enjoys building relationships with her patients and their families. Juli enjoys being involved in community activities. She is involved in PEO, Nebraska PA  Association on publications and scholarship committee. Juli is a preceptor for PA students and also volunteers in the Allied Health program at UNMC. Juli is a Teammate mentor at Pawnee City school and a CPR instructor. Juli and her husband, Mike, have three children- Haley and her husband Chase, Jenna, and Kellen. She enjoys visiting national parks and being involved in community activities. 

Dr. Kent Niss, MD

Undergraduate: Wayne State College

Medical Degree: UNMC

Family Medicine Residency - Smoky Hill Family Medicine - 2020

Dr. Niss is a Pawnee City native. Dr. Niss met and married his wife, Katie, while in medical school at UNMC. They then moved to Salina, KS for 3 years to complete his residency training in Family Medicine. Dr. Niss and Katie have three wonderful daughters. They enjoy all things outdoors: gardening, archery, hunting, hiking and just being outdoors. They are very happy to be here in Pawnee City.
