Our PCMH physical and occupational therapists treat a variety of ailments and conditions. They work as a team and treat patients at all stages of life—pediatric through geriatric. They create a comprehensive plan to help you feel and function better. 

Physical Therapy

Our skilled physical therapists help patients of all ages overcome challenges to return to normal function, whether at home, the workplace, school or athletic competition.

Physical therapists design custom treatment plans to improve range of motion, muscle weakness, gait and balance, aerobic capacity and endurance, orthopedic issues, and more.

Sports Medicine

Personalized return-to-sport strengthening and conditioning programs for athletes of all levels

 

Pelvic Health
Evaluation and treatment for pelvic muscle dysfunction including pain and incontinence

 

Certified Spine Manual Therapy

Up-to-date, evidence-based evaluation, reasoning and treatment skills related to spinal disorders. Hands-on techniques to help improve motion and decreasing pain in the spine.

 

Balance

Personalized treatment to decrease symptoms related to dizziness/vertigo as well as strategies to decrease fall risks

 

Graston Technique

Instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment used to reduce pain and restore functional movement.

 

Orthotics

Custom built shoe inserts to alleviate foot pain as well as assist in proper alignment of the knees and hips.

 

Kinesiotaping

A taping technique used to inhibit a muscle to reduce pain or facilitate a muscle to increase function.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy helps people of all ages lead independent and productive lives. "Occupations" are daily activities, which range from getting dressed to completing work tasks. Our therapists help people gain or regain these skills.

Occupational therapists help patients who have sustained injuries, including injuries from stroke. Occupational therapists help children and adults with physical, developmental and social disabilities, and they help older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes.
